The Nice School
of Economic Law

EDEN is the Nice School of Economic Law, dedicated to the study of the legal regulation of economic activities. Its research focuses on European and international economic law and is characterized by a critical approach to economic regulation.

Particular attention is devoted to private economic power and regulation, across fields including artificial intelligence and digitalization, environmental law, risk and vulnerability, and market law. The School also conducts research on legal sources and epistemology.
